To enroll in a program or course, submit this form fully completed and a $25 application fee. (Be sure to include exact title of program or course number and title when enrolling in an individual course.  Upon receipt of your application and application fee, you will be guided through the admissions process.*

*The admissions process for a program includes some or all of the following steps, depending on the program of choice: transcript(s) requested, eligibility officially determined, assessment of prior learning and life experience credits, selection of courses, and method of payment established. The admissions process for a single course is brief and does not include any of the above steps.
